Special Memories with Grandsons

We had a lovely Easter with our family.  Our son and his boys came up to spend the weekend with us.  Alex and Miles stayed for a few more days as they were off from school for spring break.  We didn't have anything special planned other than spending time with each other.

We always have an egg hunt first thing Easter morning.  Yes, even in their pajamas!

If you have children, seven and older, they would enjoy the game of Blokus.

We also played many sets of Bocce Ball.  We take this game to the beach every summer.  The boys love it!

Of course they spent some time with their Kindles.

A lovely time with our three Grandsons!

    1. Cheryl, we find that it's the little things that mean the most to our grandchildren. They were telling their Dad they had an awesome time with Boo and Bear. That's all we could ask for! ♥

    1. Deb, we are a game oriented family--They get it honest, as my husband Grayden loves games and is one big kid right along with them! ♥

    1. Cathy, I say it often, grandchildren are just the best! Children are so full of wonder and excitement, it's hard not to get caught up in all of it. I will admit to being a teensy tired after having them. lol ♥

    1. Thank you, Dawn. They are just so special to us. My own Mama taught me how to be a great grandparent. For that I'm very thankful. Have a lovely day! xo ♥

  6. Great photo of the grands! I love to play Bocce...my favorite lawn game. Maybe it's related to my love of marbles on a giant scale. It was fun to peek into your time with the grands and I am taking the game suggestion under advisement.

    1. Vee, I think your grands would love Blokus. Our daughter gave Alex the game for his birthday this year and it's deffinitely a fun one. All of the adults enjoyed it as well. ♥

  8. Great looking boys are have there! No grandchildren, yet. I am reminiscing on the egg hunts I had with my sons, as I look at your pics, and hoping someday to share those times again with little folks.
