The last couple of days have been quite warm--79 and 80 degrees. It's not normal, but I'm enjoying it. We will be getting more seasonal temps this weekend. I'm so sorry you've had the flu! That's a scary one going around. Do take care and get better soon! ♥The Joy of Home with Martha Ellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02912198511168813613noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7664100447631245881.post-36817925051253811382018-02-21T18:33:14.198-05:002018-02-21T18:33:14.198-05:00I hope your knees are feeling better, Martha Ellen...I hope your knees are feeling better, Martha Ellen. A few of my peer friends have already undergone knee replacement surgery and I am hoping to be able to avoid that if possible. One friend gets injections in her knees of a lubricating fluid that lasts and keeps her pain free for a couple of months. <br />It already looks like spring in your area. We have snow on the ground and it has been very cold the past few days, As I am recovering form the flu I've stayed inside this cold snap -- doing lots of reading!Pat @ Mille Fiori Favoritihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08922525910685129822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7664100447631245881.post-12210733370117069292018-02-15T23:01:10.384-05:002018-02-15T23:01:10.384-05:00Jean, last year when I was having great issues wit...Jean, last year when I was having great issues with my knee I got tons of relief with physical therapy.
